Tabaqat Fahl (Pella):
Located at the Northern Ghur District, northwest of Irbid, Tabaqat Fahl was historically known as Pella and was part of the Decapolis cities.
The site dates back to the Bronze, Byzantine, Roman, and Islamic periods. The Key archaeological landmarks include the ancient city wall, late Bronze Age temple, Ancient tombs, Remains of a massive fountain, Roman temple, theater, three Byzantine churches and the remains of an Umayyad mosque.
